We have a few electrical jobs to do in our condo (see description below). Please let us know your hourly rate.
Work can be done anytime this week or next week. Can only work in unit from 8am-5pm. Must have proof of General Liability Insurance of $1Million (per condo association rules). You must be licensed and show proof. We need paperwork of work done.
Can start asap. We have free parking in our building:
1. Install 4 ea light fixtures in closets, replacing existing fixtures.
2. Install recessed LED lights in 3 rooms, replacing existing light fixtures in those locations. 14 lights total.
3. Lighted vanity mirror power installed in wall of bathroom. This will be extension of GFCI circuit in adjacent wall.
4. 8 dimmer switches installed to replace existing switches. 3 of these 8 are smart home capable.
