Maintain 6.5 acre estate property with pond, tennis court and pool. Year-round employment. Primary responsibilities are exterior landscaping and grounds maintenance with some light general carpentry and painting in winter months. All equipment provided and is top quality. Monday-Friday 8-4:30. Minimum experience 2 years, clean verifiable references and must have transportation. Excellent salary, benefits and retirement for the right person.
