RD Pipeline is a Colorado-based family business that has been delivering quality workmanship in the underground utilities field since 1985. Our company specializes in site utilities, including sewer and water construction, sanitary, storm and water lines for primarily commercial properties. OUR SERVICES: - Furnishing and installing water mains ranging from three inches and up using PVC, DIP and steel - Live sewer bypass pumping connections - New placement of manholes over existing installations - Installation for storm mains, roof drains, foundation and perimeter drain of any type - Constructing headwalls, wingwalls, storm inlets, modifications and water quality structures - Additional services that help our customers POSITION: We are hiring for an experienced Foreman to join our team! JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: - Manage various projects in the field - Read and review plans and blueprints - Communicate with Suppliers, General Contractor Superintendents and Inspectors - Supervise pipe crew and set them up for success through training, assignment of tasks and scheduling - Stay in contact with project managers and update regularly with progress - Complete job specific, safety, and any other necessary reports - Ensure safe working conditions at all time - Keep utility locates up to date - Supervise use of machinery and equipment (including company vehicle) QUALIFICATIONS: - 5 years+ experience in a Foreman position - In-depth knowledge of procedures, equipment and OSHA guidelines - Ability to read plans and blueprints - Valid driver’s license, ability to pass a drug test and background check - Excellent communication skills, leadership skills and organizational skills - Ability to problem solve BENEFITS: - Competitive salary - 100% premium paid health insurance for all employees (medical, dental and vision) - Life Insurance - PTO and Holiday Pay - 401K with company match HOW TO APPLY: If this sounds like the position for you please do one of the following! - Respond to this ad with a resume and phone number - Come into our office to fill out an application (please be prepared with a resume and references) - Call the office at 303-237-9974 with any questions
