Work Experience You Bring: • Green Apprentices. 0-1 year experience. • 2nd Year through 4th Year Apprentices. 1-4 years’ experience. • Licensed RW, Full-Time. • Licensed JW, Full-Time. • Part-Time Licensed Service JW. 20-40 hours per week. This is our trade, our skillset, our art and we need YOU. • You will be working for Hindsight Electric, LLC, a small but rapidly growing Electrical Contractor for the greater front range area of Denver, CO, and will be essential in helping provide services as far south as Las Animas, as far North as Ft. Collins, West to Vail and East to Limon. Residential, Multifamily, Restoration, Commercial, Industrial, you name it, you’ll get experience doing it. • With you on our team, Hindsight Electric will continue to gain recognition for outstanding communication, timeliness, and quality of work. Your experience and leadership will help take Hindsight Electric to the next level. Your Compensation Package: • Competitive Wages with Weekly Pay. • Flexible schedule: A rotating (4) ten work schedules offers the opportunity for overtime without losing your weekend or choose to have a (3) day weekend every weekend. • 10 Paid Holidays per calendar year after 30-day probationary period including: New Years’, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Black Friday, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Years’ Eve, Your Birthday. • 10 Paid Vacation Days per calendar year, starts accruing after 30-day probationary period; After 5 years employment, 3 weeks per year. • 5 Paid Personal Days per calendar year after 30-day probationary period. • Insurance: Medical, Dental, Vision • Tuition paid 100%: IECRM Apprenticeship courses are included. Books paid by employee with opportunity for bonus pay after graduation of 4th Year school. • Out of town work will always be discussed with employee but offers additional benefits: 20% salary increase, hotel, per diem, drive time. • Company Shirts and PPE except boots. Your Qualifications: • Safe work habits. • Reliable transportation. • Valid drivers’ license. • Clean driving record. • Punctual. • Willingness to learn. • Ability to take direction. • Ability to distinguish between different colors. • Ability to walk, stand, bend, and lift as required by job duties. • Great communication skills; read, write, speak English fluently.
