I’m on the cusp of my 40s and contemplating a constructive mid-life crisis as a member of a New Kids On The Block cover band. Looking for fellow members of the Block. Primary aim is performing at birthday, etc. parties of Gen Xers and elder millennials in need of reliving their childhood for a few hours while a cohort of early middle aged donnies and marky marks step our dancy steps and croon our pitch-perfect croons. Is this a call for musicians with actual talent? Heavens, no! This is a group for wannabe singers and dancers. Experience in such areas is a plus—actually, on second thought, it might be a negative.
