WHO would want an income tax??? If YOU want that move to Idaho. The Republicans voted against it because they know without changing our States Constitution it would get thrown out anyway. And the voters have voted against it every time its brought up. Plus if you think Democrats would lower other taxes just because they got an income tax you are dead wrong. A Democrat has never seen a tax they didn't love. Why do you think they have a 6 BILLION Dollar Surplus this year and have NO plans on lowering taxes or giving tax breaks.
