The #KinshipStrong Conference will provide families and professionals the tools to help ensure safe, stable, and nurturing homes. Are you a kinship caregiver looking for better ways to access services, parent children who have experienced trauma, or take care of yourself? Or perhaps you are a social work or human service professional who often encounters kinship families and wishes you had more accurate information and resources to support the family? The first annual #KinshipStrong conference has options for everyone who touches kinship care to imporve their knowledge and practice. Taught by kinship experts including Dr. Ali Caliendo, the day will include sessions designed to take your advocacy- whether personal or professional- to the next level.
