Dapper & Stout Uptown Announces Espresso Martini Competition and Grand Opening Celebration! It’s time to raise a glass to the official grand opening celebration of Dapper & Stout’s Uptown Phoenix location. In celebration, the coffee-meets-cocktails restaurant is hosting a live espresso martini competition on Saturday, March 14th from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. Tyka Chheng of Baby Boy Cocktail Bar will serve as emcee of the event during which contestants representing local bars will use Dapper & Stout espresso or cold brew to create innovative coffee-centric cocktails to present to a panel of judges. Each contestant will walk away with prizes, with the runner up and grand prize winners taking home some serious swag along with bragging rights, of course. Co-sponsored by Wheatley Vodka, the event will benefit Phoenix Children’s Hospital. Tickets are $30 per person and include tempting bites, two drink tickets each, and a “front row seat” to the live cocktail competition.
