(read all details) Join us for a special Gentle Hatha Yoga & meditation curated each month around the lunar energy. ▸5:45 pm: Check In & settle In to our markered spots, to ensure comfortable spacings. ~ Receive a #free handwoven #intention bracelet & settle in to enjoy some extra free time by the ocean. ▸6:00 pm - 7:30 pm: 🌙 We breathe the healing ocean, move to the mystical music beats & meditate with a lunar Full moon rise over the sea in 98.4% illumination & sunset in the west. After class, Dip your toes and make a wish ~ with a seashell #release by the shore. This is a casual and inviting environment where every color, shape & sizes is welcome to come as your are, you recieve all you deserve 🙂 🌙 TEACHER: Each month is curated & guided by Lisa Pumper, ERYT 500, founder of Fort Lauderdale Beach Yoga & Yoga cOMmUNITY FL Lisa began her transformational journey into the teachings of yoga & mindful living in 1990. Overcoming low self esteem & depression, she became passionate about the tools which supported her growth and began sharing the teachings of Yoga in 2000. From pubic classes to private trainings, Lisa has refined her method of public teachings so it speaks with a light and loving heart to all levels, shapes, sizes and colors of practitioners.
