A National Emergency in Youth Mental Health - Ways to Help For this year's annual luncheon, our featured speaker will be Dr. Gary Blau. Dr. Blau is a licensed clinical psychologist and the former Chief of the Child, Adolescent, and Family Branch for SAMHSA, the federal Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration. Our honoree will be Ms. Gail Welch. Ms. Welch is a mental health advocate, a former Compeer Advisory Board member, and a long-time Compeer supporter. Gail is also the incoming President of the Glasser/Schoenbaum Human Services Center. We hope you can join us for this informational event, to help support the youth in our community.
