Great opportunity to work with an awesome company in the Oak Hill area of Austin!!! Our client provides and installs construction products to custom home builders and they are looking to add several people to their Warehouse / Service Tech team. Team members are responsible for loading/unloading heavy construction products and helping with installations on residential and commercial construction projects. This is a full-time, temporary to permanent position that pays $16-17/hr. Normal hours are 7 am – 5 pm, M-F with flexibility to work some overtime(up to 60 hours!) during the week depending on workload ( 1.5x overtime pay after 40 hours). This is a physically demanding position – heavy lifting is required. Please review the details below. JOB DESCRIPTION: • Pay Rate: $16-17/hr depending on experience • Schedule: Mon – Fri: 7am – 5pm • Load and unload construction products on / off trucks and into warehouses or construction sites • Assist with placement / installation of materials at the construction site • Assist Service Manager and staff with various duties in warehouse and on the job site JOB REQUIREMENTS: • Must be reliable, strong and willing to work hard • Comfortable lifting >100 lbs • Previous experience in construction, installation, warehouse or windows / doors is strongly preferred • Forklift experience is preferred but willing to train for that • Must have reliable transportation to / from work in Oak Hill every day BENEFITS: • Health Benefits after 90 days of employment • Overtime pay at time and a half after 40 hours per week
