Thinking about investing in a short term vacation rental property in the city of St Pete? Think Again!
The growth in St Petersburg has sparked heavy interest with investors. Investors are coming in droves and looking to buy real estate properties to use as a short term vacation rental for income purposes.
But be fore-warned, the St Pete City Office just sent Greg Mallare this note:
"All residential property within the city of St. Petersburg is allowed up to 3 short term rentals a year, which is defined as rental durations of 29 days or less. Anything longer than that is not regulated and is allowed as many times as feasible. No permit is required.
