Please join POWR , your watershed organization colleagues, and other key partners for this learning, sharing , and networking event. Please join the Pennsylvania Organization for Watersheds and Rivers (POWR) and the Pennsylvania Environmental Council (PEC) for an in-person gathering of watershed group leaders to share resource information, learn techniques to help build capacity, and network with other groups in Northeast Pennsylvania. Building on the success of previous regional meetings and the statewide conference, POWR and PEC are once again convening meetings across the state to identify needs and provide organizational capacity and technical resource tools. Invited guests include Doctoral students from Villanova, staff from PA DEP's Office of Environmental Justice, and regional and local environmental organizations with watershed-focused programs and resources.  We hope you'll join us on Thursday, April 14 from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm at the Northeastern Pennsylvania, BSA Scout Service Center located at 72 Montage Mountain Rd, Moosic, PA 18507.
