Title: Cleaning Technician Hourly: $15.50-$21.00 Type of contract: Part-time Company Mission Statement: To undertake cleaning in areas as directed whether it’s commercial or residential cleaning. Provide a professional customer friendly service, and to leave our customers with a smile of satisfaction. 1. Experience/Character • Must have residential or commercial cleaning experience required. • Must have adequate communication skills with employer as well as clients. • Must be able to work with limited supervision. • Must be dressed appropriately on the job. • Must be trustworthy, professional, & reliable. 2. Duties/Responsibilities Assignments for Residential or Commercial cleanings. • Responsible for all basic cleaning for residences or office buildings. • Cleans floors and rooms, including dust mopping, damp mopping, sweeping, vacuuming, dusting, and spot cleaning glass and windows. • Clean restrooms, including restocking dispensers, emptying trash, cleaning and sanitizing fixtures, cleaning mirrors, spot cleaning partition doors and elevators, sweeping and mopping tile floors, and cleaning toilets and urinals. • Commercial cleaning may consist of inside and outside cleaning such as, parking lots and window cleanings. 3. Uniform • The first uniform shirt provided from the company will be free. If contractor would like to another shirt, it will be available for purchase. • If the shirt starts to get dingy or doesn’t look appropriate to no longer wear, contractor shall purchase another shirt.
