A night of celebrating Palestinian culture through food, art, comedy, and dabkeh featuring Majdy Fares and Mawtini Dabkeh Troupe! Join us Thursday, March 31st at 6:00 P.M to celebrate Palestinian culture! A night that will consist of a buffet style dinner, art, photo-booth, raffles, live comedy performance by Palestinian comedian, actor, and storyteller Majdy Fares as well as a live a dabkeh performance by the one and only Palestinian Dabkeh Troupe - Mawtini Dabkeh Troupe! Tickets will be $10 each and $15 each the day of the event, in which all money raised will go towards charity. Proof of purchase will need to shown upon entry unless you are purchasing in person. There will be banquet style seating, with 10 seats per table. Seating arrangements will be open for all to choose. Doors will open at 5:45 P.M. Please give yourself about 20 minutes to park and walk over to the Rogel Ballroom (second floor) located in The Michigan Union Building. Parking: There is metered parking available in front of The Michigan Union Building on either side of State Street and behind the Union on Thompson Street. Review image below for reference. COVID Requirements: Anyone who is not a University of Michigan Ann Arbor student, must fill out the ResponsiBLUE Guest Screening among arrival.
