Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:  Perform technician services, tire inspections/maintenance, tire diagnostics, and problem-solving,   Including patches and plug repairs, tire rotations, preventative maintenance, tire installation, tire balancing, and rim clean. Document all work performed on the repair Must be able to work independently and efficiently Must be willing to work on the weekend (some Saturdays) Must be able to lift up to 95 lbs Must be able to bend, kneel frequently Technician must keep working area clean from all debris Report any safety issues immediately to management  Promote teamwork to deliver times and accurate guest care during all operating hours  Maintain strict adherence to Company policy on vehicle care and operation  Basic Qualifications:  Minimum 1 year of automotive experience including tire installation, balancing, rotations etc.   Must be able to use a computer Valid driver's license  Must be at least 18 years of age  No relocation is being offered for this position  Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship now or in the future
