Car Strikes Medical Office Building In East Patchogue

EAST PATCHOGUE, NY — A sedan struck a medial building in East Patchogue on Tuesday afternoon, Suffolk police said. Fifth Precinct officers responded to the Sills Road office just before 4 p.m. after a 2009 Mazda sedan struck the building causing minor damage, according to police. The woman driving the Mazda was not injured, police said. The Brookhaven Town Building Inspector's office was notified of the crash and it is expected to make an evaluation, according to police. No further information was immediately available.
