HARLEM, NY — A Harlem public school teacher was arrested Monday amid accusations that she punched another teacher at a neighborhood school, police said. Veronica Lawyer, 59, was booked on an assault charge after the incident, which happened around 2:45 p.m. at P.S. 129 John H. Finley on West 130th Street, between Convent Avenue and St. Nicholas Terrace. Lawyer allegedly punched the fellow teacher as part of "an ongoing dispute," an NYPD spokesperson said. No other details were available. City records show that Lawyer has been employed with the Department of Education since 1990
