NORWALK, CT — A city resident is $100,000 richer after purchasing a winning lottery ticket this week in Norwalk, according to the Connecticut Lottery. On Monday, Mark Weinberger won $104,650 playing a "CASH5" game. The winning ticket was purchased from Crossroads Card and Gift in Norwalk.
