UPDATE: All lanes have reopened on Route 9 North in Middletown, according to the state DOT. MIDDLETOWN, CT — Route 9 North is closed at Exit 15 because of a multi-vehicle crash, according to state transportation officials. It wasn't immediately known how long the closure would be in effect.
