MIDDLETOWN, CT - A Middletown resident is $20,000 richer after purchasing a winning lottery ticket in town earlier this week, according to the Connecticut Lottery. On February 28, Nathaniel Miller, of Middletown, purchased a Bonus Numbers Bingo ticket from Aresco's Market in Middletown and won $20,000.
