PERRY HALL, MD — A man whose remains were found in a landfill near White Marsh were identified. Gary Fickling, 71, was found deceased in the 10000 block of Philadelphia Road on Friday, Feb. 25, according to police. The circumstances around Fickling's death are under investigation, officials said Tuesday.
