Looking for a full time landscape mechanic, 2 cycle, trucks, trailer, lawn mowers and all machines in landscape company. Typical Schedule: Monday-Friday Saturday if needed Typical Hours: 7:00 AM-3:00 PM or to be discussed. Can be flexible on schedule Wage Range: $20-$27 Depending on experience Job Description: Meet with Operations Manager daily to discuss plan for the day and what is needed to be delivered, picked up, or handled for the next day. Discuss progress of yard improvements and overall report of yard operations. Report issues and help create solutions for better efficiency at yard with daily operations. Be a team player and work with all other co-workers with respect and a common goal to better the company. As well as assist with various tasks as needed in the Operations Department. Qualifications/Requirements: • Approved Company Driver • Ability to drive with a truck and trailer • Ability to work overtime during busy season with flexible hours • Ability to operate tractors for loading, unloading, and moving on jobsites • Bilingual (English/Spanish is a plus) • Good Driving Record-Provide NJ DMVR Behaviors: • Aligns with core values • Shows up on time and ready to work • Positive attitude and willing to collaborate • Sense of urgency without rushing • Coaching/teaching mindset-always developing and recruiting • Open minded to new ideas and different perspectives
