Press release from Town of Darien: 2/28/2022 Frontier is working to provide internet service as fast as 2 gigabit per second within the Darien community. This would be a significant upgrade from current broadband capabilities.  As the system is being brought on line, there will be an increased presence of truck traffic along Darien roadways. Work should be completed by the end of May and then, within 48 hours of completed wire installation, approximately 250 households will roll online at a time.
