Hello! We are a small group of mental health professionals who operate independently from one-another, but share an office space with a fully furnished waiting room. We are not a group practice or large company with employees, but we have a strong sense of community that involves consulting and referring clients to one another. We have two private, unfurnished offices available for the first time in years. This is an incredible opportunity for anyone who desires to create or grow a private practice, as we share years of collective experience in this area and are happy to offer support. This is also a wonderful space for anyone with an established business who desires a peaceful and upbeat work environment with full freedom to serve their clients as they see fit. The space is shared by psychologists, LPCs, and social workers. Affiliation with the mental health profession is not mandatory, but the space is designed perfectly for this type of work. Rent typically ranges from $500 to $700 per person, depending on number of clinicians, amenities, etc. We also offer a fully equipped kitchen, private clinician entrance/exit, and gated parking.
