This Transport service works off CitizenShippers.com and not sure where else. But, pleeeassse BEWARE! The Owner/Driver STOLE my pure bred Bengal cat!!! Lied about opening up her cage at a rest stop off I65 in Kentucky/ TN Boarder, ON FEB. 20, 2022 @ 12 NOON. Claims kitten took off in the woods and the Police, Animal control and The nearest rescue group, all were assisting him in his search. He left the area stating that animal control was behind searching. He couldn't provide me with an officer's name nor police report number. CitizenShipper forced him to give me the supposed info and once I contacted the police and animal control, they told me NO SUCH REPORT NOR CALL WENT OUT. NO OFFICER WAS EVER DISPATCHED ! They are not even off I65. They transferred me to about 6 surrounding counties, State troopers and Animal control. NO REPORT! NO CALL! JOE's only concern was providing him with the breeder documents to file an insurance claim. From DAY 1, This was his ONLY concern! He refused to give me the insurance information. He then claimed to have found the cat and NEVER reached back out to me. CitizenShippers WILL not hold their transporters accountable for this type of conduct! so, PLEASE BEWARE!!!!
