There is an apartment complex that is vacant now near the corner of Academy and galley on the east side…. It’s called Midtown Flats. The low income people who are living there before we’re kicked out so that the owners, Atlas real estate, all trades enterprises, and Brian Long of MasterMind builders LLC could put a Band-Aid on cancer so to speak. The amount of black mold, mildew, dead animals, dead insects, and filthy baseboard radiators which are going neglected by these contractors is disgusting and dangerous. Unless the new owners of these units are told of these dangers who could consider these contractors reputable? The health or building department should care.
