Press release from the Wright County Government: February 28, 2022 The Wright County Highway Department has an immediate opening for a Sign Technician/Highway Maintenance Worker. There is a positive combination of life balance, flexibility and variety to the position. During the summer months, the position is four 10-hour workdays that allow for three-day weekends. There is a variety of work that is done during the course of the year, including sign maintenance, pavement markings, truck driving and operating snowplowing equipment. Training is also available for First-Aid/CPR, forklift operation, nuclear training, work zone/flagger and OSHA Log Safe training certificates.
