Irvin/Alan Excavating, a family owned and operated company based in Maineville, Ohio is in search of: a highly motivated skid steer operator. Experience is preferred, but not required. Willing to train the right individual in operation if it's a good fit. Job Responsibilities: -Be prepared to work in various weather conditions -Accomplish work by operating equipment properly & safely -Adjust equipment controls and maintain effective speed cycles -Be willing/able to get out of machine to help where needed -Clean up equipment at end of day -Ability to lift 50+ lbs -Valid driver’s license -Maintain good attendance and arrive to job sites on time -Flexibility for overtime as needed -Maintain open communication with the Operations Manager -Maintain professionalism with other operators, builders and administrative staff Hours: Monday through Friday 7:00-4:00 (this may fluctuate based on need) and some Saturdays as needed Operators will be paid time and one half after 40 hours and operator will receive recognized holidays off with pay High School Diploma or GED equivalent preferred but not required PTO offered after 1 year with the company Starting pay: $16+ per hour, based on experience and knowledge Contact Operations Manager Kyle Brewsaugh directly, or CFO Heather Brewsaugh via e-mail.
