CHICAGO HEIGHTS, IL — A 22-year-old man from Chicago Heights died Saturday after an incident near Joe Orr Road and Cottage Grove Avenue. The Times of Northwest Indiana reports that Kijuan Hollins was reported to have died at Franciscan Health Hospital in Dyer, Indiana that day. A Chicago Heights resident said there was police activity, including a response from both Chicago Heights and Cook County Sheriff's Office police, around 4 p.m. that day. Chicago Heights police did not respond immediately to a request for more information. Hollins was pronounced dead at 4:50 p.m. at the Dyer hospital by the Lake County, Indiana coroner, the Times reported. more via the Times of Northwest Indiana
