Looking for a Janitorial/Maintenance Professional to improve the overall cleanliness of a beautiful community which includes, 1 4-story building & 7 townhomes. Routinely clean common areas and buildings and identify material issues requiring repair and notify your supervisor. Continuously survey the entire property to ensure all are clean and free from debris, trash, sticks, and leaves also ensure all common areas including but not limited to, streets, and common areas are clean and free of debris as well. Also due to COVID, we need all elevator doors, knobs, handles, and switches sanitized properly. Always be alert to any and all changes to this property. Maintain a daily log, time date, and description of all work – additionally, utilize the work order system initiated by the office for specific work tasks.
Daily duties:
• Ensure all trash and property are clean and free of debris.
• Have a positive working relationship with residents, co-workers, supervisors, and Management Company.
• Manage work schedule accordingly, within the daily routine, perform all duties within a timely manner, keep the work area safe, clean, and efficient always. Arrive at work at 8:00 am in a clean company shirt and clothes.
• Can work responsibly without supervision.
• Be receptive to completing other tasks assigned but not listed on this description.
