Rehoming young cat

Posting this up for my sister; she’s rehoming her 1yr old male cat. He’s not fixed, hasn’t had any vaccinations, but otherwise healthy to our knowledge. He’s a sweetheart, really affectionate and friendly with anyone. He does okay with my cats, but dogs are a definite no-go for him, he doesn’t like them. Only note that I will be upfront about is he isn’t totally potty trained. He will use a litterbox fine, but he has a habit of peeing on stuff like clothes, furniture, etc if he isn’t being supervised. Otherwise he is a wonderful cat. My sister just doesn’t have the time to train him. She is asking for a $40 rehoming fee, if you are interested feel free to message me. I only respond to texts or emails.
