House Photos & Video Needed In Elyria, OH

Calling All Photographers, I recently purchased a single-family home in Elyria, OH, and I need someone to take photos of the interior and exterior of the property. I'm not expecting a high-budget photo shoot, so pictures taken from your iPhone/Android will be perfectly fine. INSIDE PHOTOS: I need photos of every room in the house, including all bedrooms (5), bathrooms (2), the living room, the kitchen (cabinets, sink, fridge), a photo under the sink, a photo of the water heater, the electrical unit, closets, windows, floors. OUTSIDE PHOTOS: A shot of the front of the house, the sides of the house, a shot of the roof (you don't need to get on the roof, a distant shot is fine), the backyard. VIDEO WALKTHROUGH: Before or after you take the photos, I'd also like a walk-through video of the interior of the house. Basically walking through the house and capturing each room in the house to capture the entire layout of the house. I get quite a few homes in the Cleveland, Cleveland Heights, Elyria, University Heights, Lakewood, Euclid, Parma, Garfield Heights, and Bedford Heights areas, so this can be long-term if you're available. I'll continue to increase the payment after every house also. I can pay via CashApp, Venmo, Apple Pay, or PayPal. I really appreciate your help, and I look forward to your response.
