You will get to work with our current maintenance staff at The Reserve at Eagles Ridge, Northgate, Fox Crest and Harbor Lake Apartment homes. We start you at $16 - $18 an hour with more to come pending your certifications and advancement. This is Full-Time work, Monday through Friday. There is NO ON-CALL for the first 3 months. Essential Job Duties - General maintenance of multifamily apartments and buildings - Preparing apartments for new tenants both hands-on and big picture management - Building & Property systems (Water/Sewer, HVAC, Electrical, Gas, Irrigation & Pools) - Preventative maintenance programs - Management of a maintenance shop & parts inventory - Successfully working with an industry team - How to work with and manage 3rd party contractors when needed - OSHA and other safety practices in the workplace Equal Employer Opportunity
