Professional Detail Technician Salary: $12 -$20/hr Number of hires for this position: 3 Overview: At Ship Shape Marine, our goal is to make boating more enjoyable through innovation, quality, integrity and superior customer service. This is an opportunity to work in a spectacular, waterfront environment, in one of the most beautiful places on the Ohio shoreline. We are offering the following Detail Technician positions to fill immediately in our Port Clinton and Marblehead locations: • Crew Leaders • Crew Members Responsibilities of a Detail Technician: • Boat Detailing Services: Buffing, polishing, cleaning, etc. • Equipment organization • Accurate time keeping of work using cell phone app • Operate and maintain a company vehicle • Other duties as assigned This Job Is Ideal for Someone Who Is: • Dependable – Prompt and reliable • People-oriented -- enjoys interacting with people and working on group projects • Adaptable/flexible -- enjoys doing work that requires frequent shifts in direction • Achievement-oriented -- enjoys taking on challenges and problem solving • Autonomous/Independent -- enjoys working with little direction • Detail-oriented -- quality and precision-focused Qualifications and Expectations: • All applicants must be able to pass pre-employment drug testing and background checks. • Clean driving record & valid driver’s license preferred.
