We are a unique fitness cleaning company looking for part-time employees to fill ongoing services and part-time, as needed work. We provide superior quality cleaning to small fitness studios. We have clients throughout California. We pride ourselves with outstanding customer service. We are in need of Route Janitors. Route janitors travel to multiple sites during each shift. You'll be responsible for the cleanliness of customers' studios and maintaining our cleanliness protocols. We will be in contact once your work history or resume is received, to schedule a phone interview to begin. Current Shifts: Irvine, CA Evenings and weekends--exact schedule TBD upon availability. 20-25 Hours/Week Start date: 1-2 Weeks Pay: $20.50/hour based on experience. Must have janitorial experience. Gym janitorial experience is a bonus but not a must. Monthly Bonus Paid Based on Performance Employment Type: Part-Time Job Requirements and Qualifications: o MUST have Reliable transportation (mileage reimbursement available) o Valid California drivers license o Previous cleaning experience o Able to carry cleaning equipment up to 16lbs o Must be at least 18 years of age While traveling to multiple sites during each shift, job responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following: • Wiping down exercise equipment • Dusting and wiping all high traffic surfaces desks and counter tops • Dusting window seals, baseboards • Floors at Entrance Studio and Locker Rooms Dust Mopped • Vacuuming Carpeted Areas • Hardwood floors are steamed cleaned with Floor Steamers • Studio Floors Swept, Dust Baseboards and Wet Mopped • Standard Restroom/Shower Room Cleaning includes but is not limited to: - Cleaning and wiping down counter tops, sink basins, and mirrors. - Mopping/sweeping floors to ensure all trash and water is removed - Cleaning and sanitizing toilet/urinals/Shower Stall/Walls/Basin - Cleaning and wiping down Shower Safety Seats - Restocking soap, shampoo and conditioner, toilet paper, seat covers, and paper towel dispensers - Removing trash and replacing wastebasket linen bags • Job Requires Bending Down to pick up items from the floor or to wipe down surfaces as necessary to keep the floor area clean of debris • Immediately inform Team Lead Supervisor, of any needed repairs to facilities and/or equipment. • Follows all safety procedures for use of chemical cleaners, disinfectants, and cleaning equipment. • Maintains a professional and courtesy demeanor while working in locations with with employees and general public.
