CAT Fire Equipment INC. Job Posting for Handyman and Maintenance About us: We are a Fire Equipment Hydrotesting facility and need a reliable onsite Handyman and Maintenance/ Janitorial team member. What we are looking for in You : -Must possess communication skills- verbal and written. -Must be able to work without supervision and move on to the next task without being told. -Must have 2+ years of experience in repair person field or construction related fields. -Must be able to use all power and manual tools. -You must possess Customer Service skills when interacting with the facility team, your focus will be to ensure we are properly mechanically functioning, and our production team has all they need to get the job done. -A service minded, self-starter, who is highly motivated and possesses characteristics of energy and assertiveness. -Must possess the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, in which customer service is always the goal. Must be able to lift 75 lbs. -Painting -Carpentry -Light plumbing -Light electrical -Mechanical knowledge IS A MUST -Janitorial duties will involve but not limited to; Shop floor sweeping/ mopping, trash management as well as front office, bathrooms and breakroom cleaning.
