Water Damage Technician We are a successful water damage restoration company in South Orange County looking for dedicated, full time experienced technicians** ALSO looking for career-minded individuals that want to start from the ground up and grow with us. No experience needed in this case. Unlimited opportunities to move up into management. We are seeking individuals who are: 1. Committed to a high level of customer service 2. Reliable, dependable, and honest. Responsibilities: Perform water extraction, demolitions, structural drying, etc. Remove drywall, carpets, insulation and general demolition after loss. Prepare property to pass mold remediation clearance test. Completion of detailed job reports and documentation with photographs. Keep vehicles and equipment maintained and organized. A positive attitude and professional work ethics required. Provide a high level of customer service. Requirements: • Valid driver's license, clean driving record, and reliable transportation to work (will be driving company van) • Available for rotating on call and after-hours shifts • Able to lift 50 pounds on a regular basis, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance • Must be available to work long days if needed and after-hours emergency calls • Ability to manage multiple projects with accuracy • Ability to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights and in tight spaces (e.g., crawlspaces, attics) • Ability to sit/stand/walk for prolonged periods of time • Ability to repetitively push/pull/lift/carry objects • Ability to provide detailed scope of work and measurements of affected areas Compensation: Starting pay $18-$25/hr. depending on experience Hourly pay with weekly direct deposit Paid holidays, paid vacation and sick time Company cell phone provided Plenty of OT Available Please attach resume and contact information to reply email. **Certifications in WRT, ASD, AMRT are desirable but not required (Water, mold, flood, restoration, demolition)
