We are looking for someone professional in conduct and appearance to be a runner for our real estate company. Duties would include: - Taking photos and doing a video walk through of the subject property. - Be responsible to meet with investors for property showings. - Runner activity will also include but not limited to putting on lock boxes, dropping off documents at an escrow attorney, etc. Requirements: - someone punctual and professional - tech-savvy - has a smartphone/laptop - has a flexible schedule - capable of driving - has working vehicle - has valid driver's license - has current vehicle insurance with liability coverage - has flexible schedule during dayshift hours.
