Survey Merchandiser is looking for a Visual Merchandiser Team Members with Reset experience to complete multiple Reset Projects at local stores located around Adrian, MI. One year of Cosmetic Resets, Planogram/Floor set or completed resets as experience is required. The ideal candidate likes to work hard, is reliable, has reliable transportation, and takes his or her work seriously. We prefer to hire people with planogram experience but can be flexible for the right person. Best if you have experience working at makeup counters in department stores or experience with cosmetic brands like Loreal, Cover Girl, Maybeline, Elf, and Revlon. Needs to be able to report to a team lead effectively and follow direction" About Us: We’re an app-based company with thousands of reps completing more than 90,000 store visits each month. About the Work: - Pay is $19 per hour, paid via Openforce thru Survey Merchandiser App. - Resets start on March 7th and will continue until March 10th. - Workdays are 2 to 4 days per week (depending on store locations), and the shifts start at 9:00 am and will be up to 7 hours per day. (30 minutes unpaid lunch). - As a Cosmetic Reset Merchandiser, you'll be part of a hard-working team that rearranges all the products on the shelves at stores. You'll implement the new planogram (shelf map/schematic), move fixtures, set signage, stock products, and more. You'll have a designated team lead on-site, and the team lead assigns your specific tasks, checks your work, and acts as your supervisor. Typical tasks include: - Arrive and check-in promptly prior to the start of your shift (as noted in the assignment). - Sign in on the logbook using the exact name that you have on your Survey app and in ALL CAPS. - Take direction from the reset team leader on which aisles or sections of the store you will reset. - Remove and/or re-merchandise products in the store as directed. - Organize products on the shelf according to the planogram/store map. - Make sure the products face the front and are in perfect order. - Ensure all product merchandised meets Rite Aid standards. - Perform any other work as directed by the reset team lead. - Document your work. Perks: - All work is conveniently picked up and submitted through the Survey Merchandiser app, including payments. - Payments are available to claim 6 days after successfully uploading your assignment on the app. - Awesome referral program that allows you to earn up to $100 for each person referred. - Training and Support is available 7 days a week. - After the reset ends, you will have additional opportunities to pick up gigs if you are interested in continuing to work. About You: - You have an Android or iOS device that can run the Survey Merchandiser app. - Previous cosmetic reset team lead experience preferred. - Positive attitude and strong work ethic. - You’re reliable, good at following directions, and can work on a team. - You have basic knowledge of how to use tools such as a hammer or screwdriver. - You’re able to work on your feet (standing, bending, stooping, kneeling, etc.) for extended periods of time. - You’re able to lift up to 50 lbs. - You must be 18 years of age or older. - You have access to reliable transportation and a valid drivers license. - You’re able to pass a background check. - Drug screening may be required.
