I need someone that will show up to work, is willing to work and can learn a new set of skills. A background in roofing & residential electrical work would be a large plus. I have a backlog of work waiting to be done and need to get a crew up and running. I can train you but you must be reliable and be able to get yourself to the job site so a driver's license and reliable vehicle are a must have. I don't currently offer benefits of any kind but am looking in to being able to do so in the near future. We will work 5-6 days a week but mostly 5. You must NOT be afraid to climb ladders and work on roofs. We work safely but I have seen some people come to work and be afraid once on the roof. Being in relatively good physical condition is a plus. Complimentary skills are: drive to succeed, residential electrical experience, roofing experience, ability to read/understand blueprints & follow those directions
