We are looking for a full time Employee for our Rebar Fabrication Yard. Standard Monday-Friday shift starts at 6am, however some flexibility is required. No experience required we will train however some experience is a plus. Employee incentives include over-time, paid holidays. Sick leave and vacation pay after 1 year of employment. Additional benefits include 401K, health insurance, dental insurance, vision and AFLAC optional package (after 90days employment to qualify for Health benefits as per Insurance carrier). REQUIREMENTS and RESPONSIBILITES - Stable Work Record - Capable of physically exerting work, handling & lifting Rebar - High School Education or equivalent - Efficient, timely and safe completion of fabricated rebar jobs assigned. - Ability to ensure quality and accuracy of fabricated rebar orders - Effective communication skills in a high paced work environment - Perform all duties as assigned - Help in compliance with pollution prevention. FAVORABLE ADDITIONAL EXPERIENCE -Bilingual in Spanish - Experience using overhead cranes - Forklift Experience, (Loading and Unloading) - Proficient math skills for making calculations required for fabrication
