Full Job Description: Skanex Pipe Services was established in 1975 and is a full service pipe line rehabilitation contractor specializing in no dig techniques as an alternative to open cut construction. Our services include video inspection, point repairs, pipe bursting, bypass pumping, slip lining, lateral lining, manhole rehabilitation, and testing and engineering services. Skanex added the CIPP technique to its menu of services in 1997 to help residential, commercial, industrial, and municipal clients make pipe repairs with minimal disruption. We’re located in Victor, New York and do work throughout the greater Upstate and Western New York regions, and overnight travel will be expected for certain projects. Qualifications: • Must be able to work in confined spaces • Driving company vehicles is a requirement. A CDL is preferred but we are willing to train the right candidate. A driver’s license check for the past 5 years without any suspensions or major traffic violations is required. • Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals • Ability to comprehend instructions accurately to learn company's products, processes, safety procedures, installation techniques and equipment use • Must be able to travel • Able to lift 75 pounds • Provide excellent customer service when dealing with clients and co-workers Pay: NYS Prevailing Wage Benefits (after completion of 1st full year of employment): • 401(k) • 401(k) matching • Dental insurance • Health insurance • Paid time off Schedule: • Monday through Thursday • Overtime License/Certification: • Driver's License (CDL Preferred) Work Location: • Multiple locations
