Install Roof Flashing for 3" Vent Pipe

I need someone who has experience installing roof vent/flashing for a 3" vent pipe going through the roof. The pitch of the house is probably a 8/12 or 10/12. Pipe will be already in place. I just need someone who can install the vent flashing (Oatey style.)
