Hi! My name is Duyen Ha, @duyennha and I'm looking for a chef/cook to help me with a wedding this Sunday, March 6th. Pay is $40/hour + tips. The event is for 34 people, family-style format and most of the prep will be done by me. I'm looking for someone to help me with prep, plating, and cleaning up. The hours are from 2 pm- 11 pm, two staff meals are included and staff drinks of champagne at the end. I do a lot of events (2-4 per month) so if it works out, I'm happy to continue working together. The schedule is not strict, if you can help with future events, that's great and if not, I will find other help. I'm looking for someone who has 3+ years of experience in a professional kitchen, who's worked multiple stations, is organized and is very clean.
