Independent worker or contractor who has experience in carpentry, drywall, minor to moderate odds and ends to be fixed within properties. Works with support of the maintenance manager and city inspector. Compensation is generous and based on the job. Compensation is not hourly as the goal is to finish jobs as quickly and efficiently as possible with quality.
