We have a small multi-family property on the border of Ulster County and Orange County, currently looking for a qualified Maintenance/Superintendent/Handyman in Wallkill, NY. Minimum of 25 hours a week required. Prior experience being a Superintendent, Maintenance person, or Handyman required. Right position for the right person!
