We are looking for a hardworking, strong, mechanically inclined individual who can work effectively in a team environment. All of our installation technicians are based out of our Mount Pleasant, SC headquarters. They assemble, test, and deliver fitness equipment for our customers throughout South Carolina. Additional opportunities for installations out of state may be available. The Charleston Fitness Equipment Installer is primarily responsible for performing the activities related to loading, installing, and delivering the fitness equipment used by our commercial and retail customers. He/she will also help in receiving shipments and offloading equipment into our warehouse. He/she will be carrying very heavy pieces of exercise equipment up flights of stairs and into tight spaces. Must be physically strong and capable of lifting machines with another installer. If you are not strong, do not bother applying! This is a physical job! REQUIREMENTS: Hard working, motivated, and reliable Heavy lifting on a regular and daily basis Must have good mechanical skills, be able to read assembly instructions and be good with tools Possess a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record. Must be strong and able to lift heavy equipment. This is not a desk job. You will be working out in the field and will be delivering fitness equipment to residential homes and businesses. Do not apply if you are not capable of handling physical workload. Must be clean cut, well mannered, well groomed, and have good communication skills. Pay to be determined based on experience.
