Install cleanout on sewer line 6.5' deep in back yard.

I need to have installed a clean out for a sewer line in the back of my house. The sewer line is 6 1/2 feet deep and the 4" sewer line is made out of clay. I have a Sawzall and shovels. I am just asking how much you would charge for labor. I will supply all the materials.
