Essential Job Functions: - Install windows and doors according to the company's standards and procedures. - Apply interior and exterior finish work as needed for every application. - Teach homeowners how to operate newly installed products. - Meet with homeowners to discuss project details before, during, and after installation. - Treat each homeowner and their property with the utmost respect - Complete all training needed to become a Packerland Home Improvement Certified Installer Secondary Job Functions: - Work with Installation Manager to ensure Installation vehicles are properly equipped and maintained. - Assist in small construction projects for showroom, warehouse, etc., as needed. Requirements: - Minimum 3 years of REPLACEMENT window experience. - Ability to climb ladders with windows that weigh up to 100lbs. - Ability to work in all weather conditions throughout the year. - Must have a valid driver’s license and good driving record. - Great communication and customer service skills with the ability to clearly communicate with homeowners and team members. - The Window and Door Installer is the homeowner’s point of contact during the installation day. While working with our Install Techs, the Installation Leads are responsible for the quality of the finished install, as well as for answering homeowners’ questions about the operation of products and connecting the homeowner with the office to receive final payment.
